Bridal Luncheons

Choose a special menu from our lunch menu for each of your guests to enjoy. Whatever you choose, we assure you and your special guests have a memorable time. Prices begin at
$10/person (quiche option with tea).

 

Bridal Teas

For an extra special time we welcome you to enjoy our Bridal Tea. Two elegant tea trays to choose from.

Our Wedding tray includes two tea sandwiches, fruit, cheese, homemade crackers, scone, lemon curd, mock Devonshire cream, small pastry and tea for $14/person.

Our Bride's tray begins with a tea cup of soup, tea tray includes mini quiche, two hot tea sandwiches, fruit, cheese, homemade crackers, scone, lemon curd, mock Devonshire cream, assorted pastries and tea. $21/person.

Champagne may be included for an extra charge.

Room Information

We offer three rooms to choose from downstairs. These rooms include the Chocolate Room, which seats 18. The Cream Room seats 24, and the Library seats 12. There is no charge for these rooms when the event is kept under 2 hours. A $25 fee will be added for each additional hour.

Upstairs we have three rooms also. These include the Red Room, seats 22. The Blue Room seats 16, and the Living Room seats 25. These upstairs rooms are available for two hours and offer more privacy for your group. Each additional hour will be $25.

Food must be ordered for each person for any parties booked at the tea room.

Rehearsal Dinners

Are you looking for a unique, intimate place for your rehearsal dinner? Kathleen's is perfect for you!

We offer two options:

Appetizers only, served on tea trays or buffet style. Prices start at $35/person. (includes choice of 8 of our exquisite hors d'oeuvres, dessert, tea & coffee )

We also offer a full sit down dinner for $50/person. This includes appetizers, soup, or salad, choice of 3 entrees and sides, dessert, tea & coffee.

Each option includes private use of house with porch for 3 hours for 15 to 50 guests.

Weddings & Receptions

Kathleen's is a beautiful place to hold your special event. The house is yours to enjoy and entertain your guests!

Choose from an Appetizer Reception starting at $50/person, which includes a selection of 12 of our perfectly made morsels, dessert, tea and coffee, and use of the entire house for 4 hours.

We also offer a full buffet reception for $70/person. This includes your choice of 3 entree options, sides, salad, tea, and coffee. Tea trays on guest arrival filled with fruit and cheeses. This option includes use of the house for 6 hours for 30 to 100 guests.

Pasta bar option also offered.

Each option includes use of venue, linens, china, stemware, tables & chairs at NO additional charge.

Wine or beer is an additional charge.
